Siemens IT Solutions and Services CSS Senior Technician Interview

Initially it was a simple phone interview asking about background, skills, and goals. The 1:1 interview was a series of technical questions with the HR manager. As many IT issues can be solved a number of ways, and she did not have much in the way of technical skills or knowledge, she was looking for specific answers so I kept talking giving variations on the answer until the key words she was looking for were said. Mostly the questions were basic.
