There is no test or anything like that. You just need to have nice CV at first to get through their outsourced recruiter. Then if you look good in the recruiters opinion such as if you have good english, communication skill and great personality, then you will be through to the next stage where the Engineering Manager and the HR will interview you. You got to know your technical stuffs if you are applying for technical position. Then after that is true, you are done. If you impressed both of them, then you are through.

I was given a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed a week later by an interview at the location with the hiring manager and another manager. Following that interview I was offered the position, however it took over a month for HR to set a start date.

Face to face- Technical on algorithms, DB,C#(any programming language)

Later within a week or 2 confirmation /rejection call

no...Its fixed...The terms are no H!, u can work on CPT ot OPT for years together but for just 17 $ per hour...dont expect any hike.
