Interviewed Jun 2009 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
INterview with the President of the company. We had 2 interviews during the same day.Sify is perceived to be a company with high manpower attrition. My communication with the company was only thru the headhunting company . We had a very informal interview at a coffee shop of a luxary hotel. Interview lasted for an hour with the Prresident.
They did not apprear very professional in the approach .

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Chennai (India) (took 1+ week)
Sify had an opening to handle business management function for Sports & NRI News Channels. I had worked in Sify earlier handling the ecommerce business management. I wanted to re-locate to Chennai, India & came to know about this opening from a colleague & i wrote to the contact at the HR department. I immediately had a telephonic interview and then a video conference, reference checks were conducted with my former superiors & peers & an offer was made. The manager who interviewed me was specifically looking for certain experience & skills & asked me direct questions on those subjects.
