Interview Details – I first interviewed with the senior engineer and was asked to solve a bunch of technical questions on a white board. This process was like taking a final exam. Then interviewed with the engineering director and was asked the situational questions.

Interview Details –
The team had fires to put out, being it was Quarter end and the Conference call was occurring the next day. The original format needed to be adjusted to the persons who were available. There were 4 managers to interview a particular area, technical knowledge, management style, personality, overall fit.
I was very comfortable during the interview and was told another candidate fit the criteria more than I did.
