Phone call was made by Mall Mgr to meet with himself and two from Simon Properties. Waiting to be interviewed you could hear the other candidate's interview through the door. Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 5 weeks)
I saw the job posting on Facebook. I sent a message back and forwarded my resume to the email address that was supplied. The only communication I had with the supervisor was through email. My first contact was in January and I was offered the job in late February. I did not start until mid March.
The interview consisted of sitting in the boardroom and chatting. No typical interview questions......very vague about hours and had to ask about pay.
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation on pay....I was told that I would get a certain amount. My hours were unclear and I did not know when I would start my job, when I left the interview. Seemed unorganized.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Peabody, MA (took 3 weeks)
I was first called and asked to come in to the office for a one-on-one interview with the marketing director. Although a relaxed interview process, it was very professional and informative. At the end, I was told I would be in contact with and about a week later I got a call asking to come back in for a personality test. The test took about an hour and when done, again I was told I was going to be in contact with. Another week later I received a call from the marketing director asking to come back in for an interview with the mall's general manager. This interview was much more formal and grueling, lasting about an hour, but the manager was very friendly and again, informative about the position. At the end of the interview, the general manager offered me the job and I started the following week after filling out the necessary paperwork.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 1 week)
Applied online, then received a phone call with basic interview questions regarding experience. I was thanked for my time and told they would be calling to schedule interviews in a few days after they finished going through resumes.
A few days later I was called and asked to interview the following day. I had two one on one interviews. One with the office manager and one with the marketing director.
Following the interviews I was asked to complete a form for the background check.I was also asked when I would be available to start since they were looking for somebody quickly. I was told they were interviewing for the remainder of the day and they would be making their final decision by the end of the week.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Indianapolis, IN (took 2+ weeks)
My interview experience consisted of an initial phone screen, followed by a formal with HR and the department's hiring manager. The process was smooth, I was provided with a detailed agenda prior to the interview, including where to park and who to ask for upon arrival. During the interview, most of the questions were designed to tell the interviewer about myself. She also asked what did I know about the company, specifically recent events. The conversation was engaging, the HR Rep also drew me a map illustrating the various career advancement opportunties for my field. After the interview concluded, I did wait a little over a week before I heard back, they requested references and a few days later I was given an offer, which I accepted.
Overall, great interview experience and on-boarding went well. Seems like everyone enjoys their jobs and are passionate about the company.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Carmel, IN (took a day)
Initially had phone interview w/HR Intern, then had 1:1 w/HR lady. Strangest interview I've ever had. Asked me about high school experiences? HR lady wrote in pencil on notebook paper. Didn't seem interested in me at all, not much eye contact. I found out at the end that they already had four candidates on to the next step of interviews, so I'm not even sure why they called me in. Everyone in office seemed very nervous and looking over their shoulder. Got a bad feeling about the entire company, I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
Interviewer was condescending and cold, it seemed like she hated her job.
