Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Most of the back and forth was via email to start and then we went to phone and then finally we met in person. It was a bit difficult to get in the building as security would only let you in exactly 15 minutes before the meeting.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
I was interview by the team manager which takes an hour and then I was interview by the director of operations which takes another hour. The team manager tells me about the position and about the company. Ask me about my past jobs, very standard questions, nothing technical. The director came in and ask me the same standard questions, but he ask me some minor technical questions and some judgement questions.
At the end of the interview, the director said would I be able to come in for a second interview?

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
First received a phone screen and was immediately invited for personal interview. The phone screen took about half-hour as we discussed my background and experience as it pertained to the role. Recruiter asked good questions and phone interview went really well. However, the phone screen is where you have to make the lasting impression because the personal interview felt empty with meeting the recruiter was pretty much a meet and greet. Despite making a continued effort to sell oneself in the personal interview I had to lead the interview. After the interview if seemed like they had already determined who was hired simply based on phone screens showing little enthusiasm for the actual interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 1 week)
I applied for the Sirius marketing internship online through my university. I received a phone call a few hours after applying and was asked very simple questions regarding my resume. We then scheduled a face to face interview for the upcoming week. I arrived at their office (which was probably the nicest I've been to). I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a student intern as well. They once again went over my resume and asked me questions regarding what I aspired to do following college. After a few very simple questions I was given a tour of the office (both floors). I then met upstairs with just the hiring manager. She asked me basic interview questions regarding my prior experience, why intern at Sirius, and my qualities. She then opened the floor for me to ask her questions. After this I was lead downstairs and the interview was over. I received an email from her a couple weeks later saying they had found someone more experienced for the position but to apply again for the summer.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Washington, DC (took a day)
Applied online. Within 3 weeks I received a friendly phone call from the man in charge of internships, got some additional information on the position and scheduled an interview for the next week. Got to the interview and it was very friendly, I was asked about my experience in terms of music programming and although I had no real experience with audio editing and productions like they were looking for (i'm more experienced with on-air programming) I showed my personality and made it clear that I was ready to learn and I got the job.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Contrary to other reviews my experience with HR was good. Very fast responding and moving at a very good pace. My experience with the hiring manager was not so good. Very old Michigan auto industry personality which is not a good match for what the Sirius brand product is about. Very limited to none marketing experience and unrealistic expectations that are a better fit for what this country was 300 years ago. Had the feeling would not be a good job as soon as I realized the personality was a reflection of the current company culture, again, which is not what the product is about.
