Helpdesk Analyst Interview

Helpdesk Analyst
Tulsa, OK

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Siwel Consulting in May 2009.

Interview Details – Beyond the "tell us about yourself" phase, there's a short test that asks general knowledge about how to do things in windows. Like change your password, get to different menus, hostnames, etc. This is on paper, so you do it from memory.

Provided you can do that, you must pass a drug test.

Interview Question – how do you change the hostname on a Windows pc?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – no negotiations were allowed. Pass the test and you're hired.
