Interviewed May 2010 (took 2 weeks)
I was contacted by the employer and went through a phone screen with an engineer and went over my resume with the typical qualification questions. After 1 week, I was offered an on site interview with 6-7 engineers and managers through 1 on 1 interviews. Most questions consisted of general resume and industry experience with occasional technical questions. The main point of this whole interview process was to observe the communication and the overall experience of the candidate.
Interview Questions
Why did you select us? What is the reason for leaving your company?
Negotiation Details
The offer has very little room to negotiate with. The justification of the below average salary are the benefits such as 401K matching, stock incentives, and profit sharing, which are quite typical of a company of this caliber. Since the company has been doing well, they should have been generous for offering an industry average base.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
It started with a formal introduction by Analog group manager then it went to a group interview. In the group at least 10 to 12 people were there. Asked me to draw an Opamp...how would you figure out the stability.. and so on... It was weired talking to so many people at once. Then came one by one interview, which was much easier then the group one.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Irvine, CA (took 2 days)
They're very relaxed people in a relaxed environment. They look for someone that can communicate well without too many small quirks - bad posture, lack of eye contact, etc. For what it's worth, they actually didn't seem to test much of what you may have known before, but they ask you about your experiences. You should ask the right questions and be very people-person-like them.
