Interview Details – They will hire anyone that is breathing. You can tell because they are trying to sell you on the job rather than you sell yourself to get the position. That should be your first red flag. They don't tell you up front that you'll be working 12 hour days, minimum, and up to 15-16 hour days if you're doing well.

Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation. It's 100% commission, and they might front you some cash up front every week to get yourself going--about $400 max.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
