Interview Question for Financial Services Associate at Coastal Federal Credit Union:

In researching the company, I made it my business to learn how this credit union handles accounts that become delinquent and asked a relative who has had to be in collections, what their experience was. What I gathered was that if I am knowledgeable on the issues the consumer is facing, listening to them and asking penetrating questions, that will give me the information needed to devise a plan of action so that I may collect on any such account, whether it be 1000 or 1 million dollars.
