Food Service Supervisor Interview

Food Service Supervisor
Oklahoma City, OK

I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Sodexo in June 2012.

Interview Details – I was contacted promptly after my application was submitted by HR. I did a basic phone screen then set a follow up phone interview with another HR employee. They asked the basic behavorial questions, took about 20 minutes. I was not choosen to go onto the 1:1 interview because there were candiates with a stronger background in the field. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the process.

Food Service Supervisor Interview

Food Service Supervisor

I applied online and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Sodexo.

Interview Details – Was contacted for an interview via e-mail a week after submitting my resume, but had to reschedule a couple of times since the manager seemed to be on a really tight schedule. Interview was over an hour long consisting mostly of scenario questions. A lot of thinking on the spot, so preparing beforehand didn't help much. Asked for 3 references.

Interview Question – Why specifically are you interested in working in a long term care facility? (I was interested in working in food services for any hospital/health care facility, so this question threw me off a little)   Answer Question
