The first interview is with hr and it consisted of a typing test, customer service test, and an iq test. The second interview you meet with a supervisor and listen in on a call. You then get to follow a script for a sample call and then you try to sell an item that you get to choose.

The interview was a pretty simple process. It begins with a typing test. Followed by a tour of the building and a one-on-one interview with one of the Supervisors. In the interview you get to choose from 3 of the items that they sell and try to sell on to the Supervisor. They also do a mock phone call, in which they give you a script to follow. You then discuss your hours of availability with the Sales Manager. The majority of employees on sales floor are female.
