I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Soft-Train in July 2012.
Interview Details – First there is a telephone interview, then a face to face interview, then an audition process that takes almost all day. At the end of the audition day, the top candidates are selected for hire and then brought back for one day of training. All new trainers are required to audit at least one class (unpaid) before teaching their first class.
Negotiation Details – No, there was no negotiation.
