Inside Sales Account Manager Interview

Inside Sales Account Manager

I applied online and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Softchoice in April 2009.

Interview Details – The interview process started with three phone intervews (HR, Hiring Manager, then Hiring Manager Boss). It was followed by two in person interviews.

Interview Question – What was the most number of transactions you closed in a week/month?   View Answer

Reason for Declining – The offer was not on par with industry standards, they were very focused on what I can do for them in a high transaction rate environment - they did not seem to be interested in client relationships or building a account base on a personal level.
