Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 4 weeks)
First contact is a call from the company recruiter - he/she will ask you a series of questions on your work experience and what you're looking for in the position.
Second contact is a 2:1 or 1:1 interview with a supervisor or manager. You'll discuss achievements and background in sales.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
If not tech oriented or experienced in B2B - Interview will be hard for people outside of business. How much do you know about sales? How well can you sell yourself over different forms of media? Do you have drive? Can you give some basic examples about how you can sell yourself?

First interview was over the phone with someone in HR. After that there was a standard test and then two in person interviews with local managers. The office is cool and the people seemed down to earth and smart.

Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
Very un-skilled interviewers. Was able to control the interview and able to assess the type of company and type of people they hire. Basic by the book questions were asked. tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work here? etc. out of the two people there, one person did not even bother to ask me anything.

Received and Declined Offer
|
Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 5 weeks)
The interview process started with three phone intervews (HR, Hiring Manager, then Hiring Manager Boss). It was followed by two in person interviews.

Reason for Declining
The offer was not on par with industry standards, they were very focused on what I can do for them in a high transaction rate environment - they did not seem to be interested in client relationships or building a account base on a personal level.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Presentation.
