I was reached out by Software AG and I did a interview with the owner of my current position. The director asked me some questions based on my sales experience and how I could contribute to Software AG business success. I sent out my sales references to my current director. After that, I did a interview with Brazilian president. It was a very good conversation in order to understand my objectives and validate what I can do for the company.

Negotiation Details
The negotiation phase it was short, because after 2 months the first interview, I received an offer and accepted with some considerations. It was pretty easy negotiation for both sides (win-win).
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
