There was an initial interview with two people. After the initial interview they invite you to the office in phoenix to interview with 3+ people. There were no hard technical questions. Most of the questions consisted of why I was interested in Sogeti. Other than that the interview consisted in them explaining what Sogeti does.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4 days)
Standard questions about projects, with a review of the resume and then few scenario based questions.
Interviewers seemed honest and happy about their line of work.
They are primarily looking for people who not only deliver but also promote and sell Sogeti services and bring in more revenue. Guess that means, more sales = good job.
