Sometimes when customers are unhappy with a product or

  service, they will as for a discount or refund. People disagree on whether you should give a refund or not. What is your opinion?

I answered that it was important for the customer to be happy. If they were unhappy to the point that they wouldn't return, you are just losing money in the long run. I think you could probably answer either way or take the middle ground if you wanted. I'm not sure what they were looking for with this question, so it took me off guard.
