I applied at the EDD office because they were having open interviews. I filled out my application and waited for my name to be called. When I was called into the room, there were a panel of 5-6 people. They asked me about experience, and character traits, and what not. I believe I did horrible because it was my first interview, be I received a called for a second interview. The second interview was basically my orientation.

the manager was really nice, and I asked about working there after ordering a shake. He gave me the application and told me to fill it out right there, then told me he would call later that day. He did and I started a few days later.

I filled out an application the day of the interview.
I waited about 2 hours for my interview. (Many people were being interviewed)
It was another guy and I being interviewed at the same time.
At the end of the interview the other guy was asked to leave.
Following this, I was offered a position as a carhop, and told I did not have to go through the 2nd interview process.

There was none. I was told that I would be receiving so much an hour and I could take it or leave it.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Fairly short interview. Asked questions about why I wanted to work there, situational-based questions, ect. I was hired about a week later. I loved working there as a skating carhop--very exciting atmosphere.

it was a the people you know inside , more of a thing. i knew a friend so she got me in. he just asked over the phone what days , and if i had to go to school. he advised me in the time he had , was right for me.

I went inside the store and asked for an application. They handed the application to me and immediately gave me an interview right then and there. The told me I could start the next day and gave me an old dirty uniform.
