I filled out an application the day of the interview.
I waited about 2 hours for my interview. (Many people were being interviewed)
It was another guy and I being interviewed at the same time.
At the end of the interview the other guy was asked to leave.
Following this, I was offered a position as a carhop, and told I did not have to go through the 2nd interview process.

There was none. I was told that I would be receiving so much an hour and I could take it or leave it.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Fairly short interview. Asked questions about why I wanted to work there, situational-based questions, ect. I was hired about a week later. I loved working there as a skating carhop--very exciting atmosphere.

Went in for a job application, turned it in, and two weeks later got a call from the General Manager. Looked over my availability, asked me what my strength are, weakness are. Asked to describe myself, and what I can offer the company. Just be yourself, and answer truthfully. The company wants people who are dedicated to there work, and who is most importantly customer friendly.

it was a the people you know inside , more of a thing. i knew a friend so she got me in. he just asked over the phone what days , and if i had to go to school. he advised me in the time he had , was right for me.

I received a call from the owner of Sonic and he set-up an interview for the following week. I was on-time, if not early, but had to wait at least ten minutes. I was taken back into the break room and he began the interview questions. He read the questions deadpan, verbatim from the packet. Each question was ridiculous and pointless. i answered each question as best as I could to a very unenthusiastic interviewer with crazy questions. He went on to detail every aspect of the job, salary, dress code, price of uniform shirt, rules and regulations, what I would need to bring to be hired, etc, just as a manager who was hiring you would. He told me to call back within a couple of days to work out my schedule. I called, expecting to be put on the schedule and figuring that I'm hired, only to hear that I should call back the following week. Again, I called and was told that I was not hired and he would be going in another direction. I just don't feel that I was treated fairly. He made every indication that I was hired, only to wait two weeks to tell me I was "not what Sonic was looking for at the moment." Were they looking for a blonde?

I was called twice to set up interview once on tuesday next was friday of same week. The guy could not remember or look at his notes to remember he already made an appointment with me. The interview took 15 minutes and ended shortly after he got a call. The interviewer said he was going to have his "partner" at another store talk to me about a job in her store but she never called. I called the interviewer again and he promised that she would call me but never did. The last time I called him back he said he would have another job for me at a store two miles from my house but no one ever called from that store either.

After submitting an application, called the manager at this location to request an interview. Was able to set up the interview for the next day. This was appreciated she was willing and able to get me in the next day. Was made to feel I was important with such a quick responce to my request for a meeting. Was asked about myself, if I had been looking long for a job, given general information about what was expected inregard to appearance and attire. Asked if I could start right away.
