Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
After submitting an application, called the manager at this location to request an interview. Was able to set up the interview for the next day. This was appreciated she was willing and able to get me in the next day. Was made to feel I was important with such a quick responce to my request for a meeting. Was asked about myself, if I had been looking long for a job, given general information about what was expected inregard to appearance and attire. Asked if I could start right away.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
I applied to be a server. Although I didn't have experience, I was willing to bend over backwards and work dozens of hours a week for the job. My only experience was volunteering, as I was in my 10th year of high school. (I helped count hundreds of dollars through my service club)
The interview couldn't have lasted more than 5 minutes although I offered to clean the toilets, they still never hired me. The person who interviewed me couldn't be a day older than 20 years old.
Looking back I am much more thankful they didn't hire me. My current job has allowed me to grow and I now make 150% minimum wage without a high school diploma.

Interviewed May 2008 (took a day)
It was fairly simple. The hiring manager will interview you and if you are going to be hired, an orientation date will be set-up immediately after the first interview. Although if the store is not hiring at that time be persistance in following up with the manager not anyone else. Do not show up during busy times.
