I received called from QA manager, after second phone screen, he asked me fo insite interviwe.
I got interviewed by 5 people in QA group. Questions were reasonable.

Close interview 1:1 HR.
Last interview - Video Conf. with Germany - English.

Tough interview process which made it very interesting. Excellent aptitude and technical questions. Interviews were mostly 1-1 one after the other. Interviewers were very competent and knew what they were talking about.

Applied online and was contacted within 2 days. Short phone interview led to in person interview within the next 2 days. Salary was not mentioned until after the in person interview in a follow up call. Interview was good otherwise. They were specific in their requirements and desires. Seemed like good people, but may have problems retaining talent without better incentives. That seems to be a common report from what I have found.
