Call from the staffing agency to verify if I am interested in joining sonus networks , position and job and Company profile description . Called for the 1:1 interview the next day. This was the technical interview. Two people were in the interview panel.The project manager and the technical Lead. The Project manager was with the sonus networks for about 8 years and the tech lead was having about 19 years experience.

Not a big company . Has about 300 employees and the revenue is about $300M . Not a big brand name. Had done 10% layoff recently. Has small presence in India.
