Interviewed Apr 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 2 months)
The interview consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter and then 2 panel interviews with 3-4 managers including the hiring manager and their peers and the VP of the department. Overall, the whole process from beginning to start date took about 2 months.
I would recommend to make sure you study your resume and make sure you can point out key accomplishments and difficult situations you have dealt with. They were not clear what my role would be at the time of the interview, so you have to also be open to the idea of not completely knowing what your exact responsibilities will include.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
The recruiter asked the general behavioral questions that are common in 1st round phone interviews.
She started off with "tell me about yourself," then followed by "tell me about a time where you demonstrated leadership."
The recruiter also asked me why I wanted to join the program and inquired why my past work experience did not coincide with the program's description. The interview was pretty basic.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in San Diego, CA (took a day)
This was a typical phone screen. The interviewer described the company, the job, the requirements, etc. The interviewer asked me why I was interested in this position at this time. He asked about my experience at several past jobs on my resume. He asked about my current salary and expected salary. He asked if I was willing to relocate and when I was available to start a new job.

Interviewed May 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
1 phone interview with a recuriter then 3 one to one interviews - with my imediate boss and their boss. General questions on experience and knowledge. Quite a relaxed atmosphere - did not feel intimitated. No formal tests or presentations.
They expected me to do most of the talking so you must be prepared with alot of questions and try to start a conversions rather than complete questions and answer session.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Brunswick, OH (took 1+ week)
First there's the initial phone interview with the offices in NJ. Then a technical interview ("What's the problem if there's no post?" kind of questions). This is the most important part where they find out if you really know what you're talking about. Then you meet face to face with the store manager.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
They have their idea of what you should start out at. It's actually a the range I was looking for. It's an hourly position so there isn't much room for negotiation.
