Interviewed Jan 2012 in Athlone (Ireland) (took a day)
When applying for the role as a Graduate Java developer it was stated that on getting the role, the candidate would be put through the SCJP exam. The questions for the skills test were taken directly from the SCJP book. One of the interviewers kept asking questions relating to hardware which I was not expecting and asked questions which I thought were very unfair due to the nature of the role.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Munich (Germany) (took a day)
The HR person arranged a telephone interview with 2 persons: Head of department and somebody from HR. I was asked typical HR questions like what are my strengths and why i want to work in this company. From the side of the Head of BC&P I was just asked if I have studied IFRS and common questions about my previous experience and studies. After the interview they told me that I should wait for a call. After 5 days I called by myself and heard that they need some more time. Next day I was hired.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
It was quite complex, had to interview in multiple sites with different managers that took some time to reach out to each other to get a final say. Overall a good process that looked for knowledge and skills set while keeping things casual. There is a lot of attention not only to the current state of the candidate but also to the potential and development.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Beijing, Beijing (China) (took 3 weeks)
First, I was contacted by a brain hunter. They made a phone to me and asked some questions about background and behaviors. Then they scheduled a face to face interview at the office. Do some tests for the interview and give some advice to me. One week later, I was sent to Sony Ericsson to have a interview with managers. The environment is good. I like it.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
It was totally based upon my previous experiences(4+) and the work which i had done till date.
All questions were based on my projects. Followed by HR round for salary negotiations etc.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Wasnot satisfied with the salary they were offering, moreover, i had few more things in my mind for my career. Also i was not happy with the work that i was getting. So analysis of all aspects forced me to take this decision. As i couldn't compromise on all things (Work/Salary). Since work was more imp to me, so i didnt even negotiate for salary.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
