it is fairly smooth process. the presentation to group member was beginning of interview followed by 1:1 interview. the questions are very generic. but it would be better to prepare details of your strong research point to sell yourself.

Got a call about a month after applying. Had a phone interview with the recruiter which went well. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager which also went well. Then they went into complete silence (wouldn't answer my emails) for 2 months and then finally rejected me.
The interview process would be positive if it wasn't for the complete lack of communication post interview. I would have been more than happy to have taken the rejection right after my phone interview with the hiring manager.
