Was asked to submit code samples after the interview. Difficult when all of the code you write is for work and thus owned by your employer.
Seems like a it's great place to work -- great people, great location, great office, great benefits... Interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk with.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in North Sydney (Australia) (took 2 days)
You meet with the agent first who is representing Sophos. Afterwards, the agent has screened you with a face to face meeting, they forward your resume to Sophos.
The first meeting is a group interview with the team leader and HR. They ask behavioral questions and how you handle situations. Then also ask technical questions. A written skills test is then given, which asks questions about Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Exchange, MAC, Netware and Networking.
The final interview is with APAC Technical Support Manager who grills you over how stressful job is and more behavioral questions.

Negotiation Details
There is not much if at all room to move with the base salary - $55000 AUD + 10% bonus + 9% superannuation. All Technical Support Engineers start at this salary. For the high workload and the need to support ALL Sophos products, they make you earn every cent of your pay, and you will always find yourself having to do overtime to complete cases on time.
