    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at South Coast Plaza.

    Interview

I went to a guest services counter and was given an application. After filling out the application, I was called on the same day to go in the next day for an interview in person. The interviewer was very friendly, she asked very general background information about what I was looking for in the job and school/major related questions.
For the majority, I smiled and listened to what she had to say while inserting some of my own comments here and there.
It felt more like casual conversation rather than an interview.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at South Coast Plaza in October 2010.

    Interview

They hold application for 1 yr, so you won't get a call back right away. The actual interview doesn't take very long. You talk to one of 4 managers, just lie about things and the job is yours
