Interview Details – Multiple telephone screens followed by a FTF interview. Long delays ~ 6 weeks between contacts. Any then a telephone offer from HR a month or 2 after the the FTF interview. All Behavioral based questions. Applied on line for several postions that fit my skill set and experience and had several phone screens. Followed up with a detailed email discussing my applicable experience to each area of job description.
Interview Question – All behaviorable based Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Was able to negotiate a sign-on bonus. Nothing else, other than start date, is negotiable.
