The recruitment process seemed a little complicated. You apply on their Web site and if you get a call back, you set a time and date. But if you don't happen to speak to the recruiter right away, calling them back can be difficult. You leave several messages and then they finally contact you back.
After setting up a time and date for a face-to-face interview, you have a to complete an application. This can be cumbersome if you apply for more than one position
