Interviewed Jul 2011 in Indianapolis, IN (took 4 weeks)
Was called in for interview, had a panel interview that went well. Asked if i was interested in the wine or spirit side. I was told during the interview that i was very qualified for the osition and was set up for a second interview the next day. Duing the second interview i was told the same as in the first, very qualified and would be a great fit. The manager would contact me within a week and hinted a job offer would come. Weeks went by with no word then a personal email arrived saying they promoted internally. I was later told by a manager in the company I know personally that they promoted the position internally because morale was so low they had no choice f they wanted to keep people. He said I should run far away from this company.

First interview was 1:1 went through history and why I thought I was the best candidate for the job. Second was with both dept managers and was very brief. The building was beautiful and everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. There was quite a long process but it all worked out in the end.

Two words define this company:
1-Cronysim
2-Nepotism
Qualify your personality fit via telephone before you commit time to interview in person. This is an "old school" company with "eccentric" leadership that would fail quickly if competition were allowed to exist.

i met with who would have been my boss, and after i interviewed with him and he liked me he had me drive 2 hours away to their headquarters for a 2nd interview with no time in-between the interviews. i didn't know the interview was going to take all day, but i sucked it up and drove to the 2nd interview which was a basic interview as the first was.
