I applied through other source and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Southwest Airlines in February 2010.
Interview Details – A recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone call the next week. She asked me: why southwest, What skills I'd bring to the position, my experience with html coding, SEM, SEO, social media. After the interview I was asked to meet in person at the Dallas HQ. I was interviewed by the recruiter as well as the hiring manager, they asked again Why Southwest, What do you think our greatest online strategy is currently, Who do you think is doing the best job with social media in the industry right now, Strengths/Weaknesses, Biggest Failure.
