I contacted a hiring manager from the Unaccompanied Minors program at Southwest Key. I had one phone interview and then a face-to-face interview with two program directors. The process moved very quickly because it happened in the summer of 2014, when there was a large influx of unaccompanied minors from Central America.

Interview process is fairly straight forward. Company literature talks about how we value the individual, be creative, show initiative but when you do, they shut you down. New employees arrive with lots of enthusiasm and within a few weeks it gone. They want robots, yes people.
