I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Spareparts in April 2010.
Interview Details – Process basically consists of 2 interviews. The first interview they meet one on one, read a bunch of questions off a sheet they bring with them and write down your replies. I'd almost be certain this sheet is something they use across the company at all locations. The second interview consists of wage and hour negotiations as well as signing any papers and what not.
