It's a staffing agency for lawyers, so most of my time in the office was spent filling out paperwork for taxes, benefits, resume information, etc. My interviewer asked general questions about what I wanted to do in law and my past work history. Everyone I met was professional and approachable.

The interview conducted for a Document Review Attorney position was the shortest interview I had in my life. Actually, I would not really call it an interview. It seems that the Recruiters just bring you in to see that you are not crazy.

Interviewed May 2007 (took a day)
Interview with manager who shared a great deal of information about the company and described the job duties. The manager was very passionate about the company and was a great sales person. Very conversational, relaxed interview-- looking for personality mostly. At the end of the interview, I was asked my interest level in the position and was made an offer.
