Interview Details – I applied for the job online and received an email to schedule a phone interview on their career website few hours later. The recruiter called and basically asked me go over my resume as well as a behavioral question. I felt like they already had candidate in mind and probably just decided to interview me to satisfy their EOE quote or something...I am asian

Interview Details – I had an initial phone screen about 2 weeks after I applied online. 6 weeks later I had a phone interview with hiring manager. About a week later I had a 1 on 1 at the company.
