I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Spirit AeroSystems in September 2012.
Interview Details – Initial review performed by contract hiring company that asked generic questions from a script. They knew nothing of the actual position they were performing a phone interview for. Interviewer could not answer any position specific details including what program the position was for, who the hiring manager was, or when the position would be available.
Interview Question – Asked about what I would do if there was a disagreement with someone I worked with. View Answer
Negotiation Details – Initial offer was a lateral move, no change what so ever, BUT I was able to negotiate to a 9% raise and level increase. Very difficult process though
