Interviewed Jan 2009 in Wichita, KS (took 3 weeks)
First contact was with a hiring vendor. The phone interview was handled professionally, and I felt I had plenty of opportunity to make my case. The face-to-face interview was with two people, a manager and senior manager. Very professional, and again, I felt I was able to make a case for my experience and fit for the position. They capped off the interview with a factory tour, which really sealed the deal for me. So cool!
