Interviewed Jan 2012 in Miramar, FL (took 2 days)
HR called me and did a brief phone interview before they invited me in to meet with the manager. The manager was friendly, welcoming and personable while conversing with me and asking me questions about my background. Within minutes, she asked me to return for a second interview the following week. When I returned, I was greeted by a friendly panel who explained the position to me and asked general questions that weren't difficult -- specific questions about my resume. I was given a tour and told that they liked me and would get back to me within a week. A week passed. Two weeks passed. Emails and follow ups weren't answered. Several weeks later, I received an automoted email saying the position was filled. I thought that was inconsiderate, especially after they led me on and strung me along when I was told they would respond to me within a few days.
Overall, the people were nice so other than the lack of follow-up, it wasn't too bad.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Miramar, FL (took 2 weeks)
Fairly straight forward interview. Started with a recruiter calling and asking to go over my resume, then I was asked to come in to the company's headquarters for a final interview. On the day of the final interview, I had several 30 to 45-min sessions with different managers and I was later asked to take a test. I was rather surprised when I received a rejection email.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took a day)
First, I received a call stating they received my online resume and if still interested they would like to schedule a person to person interview. When I arrived for the interview there were two supervisors. The interview began with basic questions and ended being a great interview experience. Interviewers were pleasant and made me feel very comfortable to openly answer all questions.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Miramar, FL (took 2 days)
Was invited to hotel for a group interview. There was about 30 people in the room for the position. We were all given a short presentation by the operations manager from the airport. He was nice, however his tone when describing the job seemed to "put down" the job. He stressed the importance of availability and how it is all based on seniority and a 8-12 week bid system. This was a part time position, and for the pay, $9.46/hr it didn't seem to make sense for me because I am in college. I sat down to interview with him, however I mentioned the fact I was in school and asked his opinion if this position would be good for me. I thanked him for his time and left before we had an interview. I did overhear another interview going on asking "What skills do you feel are needed to do this job"
