Salon was very busy ( which is good ) shows you will make money there. people were nice the girls kept smiling at me, made me feel at ease. manager took me back interview consisted of usual question and answers. they start out at $ 10 can increase with sales and how busy u are. she said the interview goes in 3 parts.. one on one interview, they they will ask u to do a fade on a man, u have to bring person in. cut hair then after that if they like you will do more interview quest. and answers. I went on a wend for 1 on 1 will have to go back next coming tues to do cut. we will see from there. overall seems like a really cool place, good money + tips manager was very nice , seems like she knows how to run a business !

I answered an ad in the newspaper and called the number and I was told they was hiring. The guy on the phone told me to go to one of the locations and put an application in. I ask him where was the locations. He told me the nearest one. So I went and put and filled out an application and I was told the supervisor will be giving me a called. Later on that evening she did. She ask me to come in the next day for an interview. Doing the day of the interview, I wae ask about my work history concerning the field, ask to do an presentation, and when I can work.
Negotiation Details
By the quickness of the interview, and some key question I felt wasn't ask. I could tell that they was desperate for help. I was able to negotiate certain days off and what location to work at.
