Interview Details –
Meet over the course of 2 weeks (2 separate interviews). Phone interview with HR, then a face to face interview with 4 members of the department. Followed up the following week with meeting the VP and a phone interview with another VP.
After interviews were completed, met with HR again to discuss salary. Negotiated salary somewhat. I received a verbal offer, followed by a written offer that same day. I accepted the next day and selected a start date.

Negotiation Details – I negotiated a bit on the base salary. The variable was non-negotiable. all in all, it was smooth and fair
