Account Executive Intern Interview

Anonymous Employee
Burlington, MA

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Sprint in March 2012.

Interview Details – The interview is done in two rounds. You'll interview with your hiring manager the first round. If you are invited back for the second round, you'll meet several other managers in the office. The turnaround time for the job offer is relatively quick, around a week after you complete you second round interview. The people there are nice and very genuine and the office is clean, quiet, and spacious.

Interview Question – Most questions were behavioral. They also ask about why you want to work there and about your previous professional experience.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – The intern position did not allow much room for negotiation, but the going rate is decent.
