Interview Details – applied online. set up appointment for interview. there were 15-20 other people interviewed with hr person who then selected and set up appointments for skills test couple of days later her questions were mainly back ground. tested basic data entry using a mock phone call. they also had personalty test. after completing skills test was immediately interview by 2 supervisors. there questions were mainly related to life experience, and challenges you have overcome. was offered job contingent upon drug test and back ground. I wore shirt and tie during the process. couple of weeks later they gave start date for training. from application to start date took about month and a half
