Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Sprint in June 2013.
Interview Details – First you fill out your initial application and submit your resume on Sprint.com/careers; You get an assessment sent to you and then if you pass it you will be given a call by a manager to ask a few more situational questions and to schedule a face to face interview

Negotiation Details – No negotiation they put the salary in the initial job description.
