Applications Developer III Interview (Positive Experience)
I applied in-person and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Sprint.
Interview Details – Typical for today; initial session was purely behavior based questions. There were two subsequent technical sessions which were skilled based with peer and lead developers. It was a positive experience where they were essentially trying to ensure applicants weren't fibbing on their resumes.

Retail Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Sprint in May 2013.
Interview Details – took test online during application process, received referral from another store manager in the area, manager of store called 1st, went and interviewed at store, then interview over phone with district manager, do background and drug test, then hired all within 3 weeks
Interview Question – I do not know, i had a good time in the the invterview Answer Question
Vendor Manager II Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through other source and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Sprint in September 2011.
Interview Details – Lateral move for this position when previous position eliminated - only 1 interview, culture of vendor team/ customer management very good old boys, if not in the click, little chance of long term survival
Interview Question – None really, all pretty straight forward and expected questions View Answer

Project/Program Manager II Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Sprint in May 2014.
Interview Details – One face to face interview with the hiring manager and supervisor. I already worked at the company so it was very quick to set up and informal in dress. They explained about the position, asked some questions on the Sprint imperatives answered in a S-A-R context. Then more of a conversation and Q and A.

Very Easy Interview
Retail Sales Consultant Interview (Positive Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Sprint in April 2014.
Interview Details – Applied online received call for interview the next day. Interviewd with store manager and then phone call with district manager. The following day. Job offer was made pending background check and drug testing.
Negotiation Details – None
Business Analyst II Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Sprint in September 2010.
Interview Details – Initial phone interview was fairly standard : experience, technical knowledge, basic personality trait questions.
Was followed by 2 seperate in person interviews that dealt with more technical oriented questions and professional accomplishments
Interview Question – Given a SQL aptitude test during the in person interview.
Was asked what my vision would be fro an ideal team and what I was willing to do to contribute to said vision . Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Initial offer was fairly generous - counter offerred with 10% more and it was accepted,.
Test Engineer II Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through other source and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Sprint in October 2010.
Interview Details – - submitted cover letter and resume for position.
- was contacted to interview within 2 weeks of submission.
- was contacted with an offer letter almost 3 months later.
- attended 1 day new employee briefing.
- began career at Sprint.

Negotiation Details – An offer letter was sent to my house and it was basically a take it or leave it offer.
Project/PROG Manager III Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)

Interview Details – Informal. Process is simple and straight forward.
Interview Question – Nothing difficult or unexpected. Typical interview questions with expectation to provide specific, measurable response. Answer Question
Provisioning Specialist Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)

Interview Details – I first worked as a temp and then got hired on full time; the interview process consisted of two separate interviews. The first interview with one manager and the second interview with three people - two of them managers for the area I was going into and the other a team lead from the area.
Interview Question – The most difficult question for me was the strengths/weaknesses question. I wasn't prepared for the question and I really had to come up with something off of the top of my head. Answer Question
