Interview Details – Can apply online or stop in the store and see if they have an opening. It would be easiest if you know someone that is working in the store because the openings only last a few days and they prefer to higher from referrals.
Interview Question – Most difficult part is the pre employment questionnaire. Some of the best customer service sales reps can fail it and not be considered. All must pass to get an interview. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Standard pay and you cannot get more than $15 from my knowledge.

Interview Details – Received a call from the assistant store manager to schedule an interview. I arrived at the interview about ten minutes early and waited for about 20 minutes to interview. Was kind of surprised that they weren't sure what job I was applying for but they had about 6 pages of questions to ask covering a variety of topics. The interview went well until they asked an unexpected question at the end which seemed to immediately disqualify me as a candidate.

Interview Details – There is an assesment that has to be passed before you get to the interview. Then you are interviewed either by a recruiter or a couple of managers.

Negotiation Details – There really was not a negotiation phase. There was an offer letter sent by the recruiter and I was told there is nothing that can be done about the salary.

Interview Details – Applied on a friday was called on the following monday, interview wed, second interview following monday background check tuesday offer on thursday. They didn't really ask to many pressing questions and all interviews were pretty laid back. Only bad thing was my second interview was scheduled at 3pm I arrived at 2:50 and wasn't interviewed until 3:45 and the mangers that did my second interview had not seen my resume before nor did they know I had been interviewed prior to that day. It was sort of unprofessional
Interview Question – Sell me the phone in your pocket, was pretty much the hardest question they asked. Like I stated before they asked just general why do you want to work here, and why do you think you will do well working here questions. It was far from rocket science. Answer Question
