Interview Details – Three interviews total, one with the store manager, one with another store's manager, and then one with the district manager. The interview with the first store manager was also done with the asst store manager, so it was more of a group interview. Very informal. I was pretty comfortable with the interview, as it was not very rigid, and more of a conversation.
Interview Question – How would you sell me this blue ink pen? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate my offer, as the hourly wage was pretty standard across the board, and you make your own salary based off commission.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1+ week.
