web application > Recruter review passed forward to hire mgr > phone int w/hire mgr. > Appt for in person > job offer, counter offer, final offer, less than I could accept.
The job seemed like an awesome oppy but like all things that seem to good to be true the pay was a great deal less than what I earn now. (BTW, I'm way sick of my current job but it pays maybe to well.) I was willing to actually take a pretty good cut in pay because the job was really something I wanted.
I think the economy being what it is corps think they can hire talent for cheap! sorry but if you are good this only goes so far and company will hire losers and problems to save a buck that will cost them more later.
