Interviewed Aug 2011 in Lenexa, KS (took 3 weeks)
Submitted an online application, received an invitation email to complete an online assessment, a week later, I got a call to schedule a phone interview with a HR manager. The interview was easy and lasted about 15 minutes. Two questions were asked: listening skills and dealing with a difficult client. Interviewer was very helpful provided, detail info on job requirements and scheduling, company's expectation, training and so forth. I was told to expect a call to schedule a face to face interview. Got the call the next week, schedule the interview for 09/2011.

Interviewed May 2011 in Overland Park, KS (took 4+ weeks)
Received a call from the hiring manager for the first 1:1 interview about a week after applying online. About a week after the first 1:1 interview, I was invited back for two separate interviews, one with an expert in the skills required for the position and another with the department head.
The 1:1 interviews were approx. 30-45 minutes in length which consisted of some questions about line items on my resume as well as business and management philosophy-type discussion. The interview with the expert consisted of looking at raw data and describing my approach to using this data to improve a specific portion of the process, with the requirement of discussing the use of specific tools.
Everyone I met with was very genuine and forthcoming. It felt like a comfortable conversation rather than a "test".

Negotiation Details
I was provided the job offer via phone from the HR representative, and after stating the salary and general benefits, was asked directly if I would accept or decline the offer. I did not feel that I had the option of negotiation, however the offer was within my target range, so I verbally accepted.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Drug Test.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Overland Park, KS (took a day)
Difficult to get the initial interview - the online application system is a pain. Onsite interview was professionally conducted and managed. Come prepared with questions, especially on current company initiatives, news etc so you are conversant with what the company is doing in the marketplace, etc. Cannot fault the interview but just didn't work out for me.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2007 in Overland Park, KS (took a day)
Interview with ~7 managers and directors. Typical personality questions (tell me about a time when...). 30 minutes each. Some case studies on basic business analysis to identify process breakage, company strategy, what's going on the market, what you would have done to improve company positioning compared to competitors. They flew us in and gave us one night at Hilton.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Overland Park, KS (took 1+ week)
I saw the posting online and posted my resume to show interest in the position. Three days later, I got a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview for the very next day. I interviewed for about one hour and 15 minutes. He had several positions open and I qualified for three but I expressed interest mainly in the Business Analyst position. Approximately two days later he made an offer. I called back the next day to get more information. I talked to my current manager about the position and requirements. I called back the next day and declined. He called back two days later to get more information about why I declined.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The type of duties involved were not the way I wanted to direct my career and because of the job requirements, continuing my education would not have been possible.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
