Interviewed Feb 2012 in Temecula, CA (took 1 week)
This was my second interview for Sprint, but at a different store. The last one was very scripted (them reading from a paper and recording answers), this one was more of a conversation. I interviewed with the store manager and the tech supervisor. Overall it was very refreshing, they really took interest in me, I wish more interviews could be like this one. It really shows how the atmosphere and people can differ between two stores of the same company.
Unfortunately, I did not get an offer, not sure why, but they did express some concern about my interest in the mobile communications area when my experience and education was in computer networking. Even though I explained that I'm still young, just graduated, and my experience is mere months, they still seemed kind of concerned it was outside my interest. Come on, I wouldn't be there if I wasn't interested! It's not like I was making a big career move. I even went as far as to explain how slim the gap between computers and mobile phones is getting. So if you have a computer networking background, try to explain the overlap.
It was short, maybe 15-20 mins.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 weeks)
It took me a week to get an interview. The first interview was really tough; many questions and a lot of talk. Although most of the questions were common, they were very challenging. Then after that, it took another week to be called for the second interview; however, it seems that they already had chosen me in the first interview because i made a good impression(they told me this). Both interviews were long; first was about 1 hr and the second one was around 1.5 hr to 2 hr. My best advice is to prepare for the interview because they are challenging, always smile! and make eye contact. If you don't make it, don't give up. I have been interviewed at sprint for three times and in the last two I had a good outcome. Good luck.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 weeks)
you have to take a sales and a personality test. If you fail, you wont be asked to fill out an application and the manager wont even know you are interested in the job. After that i did a 1 on 1 with the manager. then my 2nd interview was with the tech manager and my manager

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 3+ weeks)
Was referred by an employee and made aware of the job. Hiring process consisted of coming to the store, meeting the manager, having a one on one interview, a second interview with other managers in the store, and then having to do a background, drug, and personality test. Not to mention, before all of this I had to fill out the application online.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 1+ week)
After having completed a phone interview where basic questions were asked, I was invited to the store to interview.
The store interview wasn't anything out of the ordinary and the interviewer was very pleasant. It was a scenario based interview. There were a series of questions such as, "describe a situation where you had to you had to demonstrate problem solving ability". There were maybe five or six questions. Should you have demonstrated experience I don't think any of those would be an issue to answer.
